It is the act of engaging in healthy habits on a daily basis in order to achieve improved physical and mental health results, rather than just existing. Wellbeing also refers to the development of healthy, strong relationships, the practice of mindfulness, as well as a state of enjoyment and contentment, as well as the giving of one's self.

People spend an average of 4.8 hours a day on their phones, thus digital wellbeing tries to reduce distractions, restrict interruptions, manage tech use, and help you manage all of the apps on your phone so you can stay on top of all of your duties and time. Daily app timers, a bedtime mode that reminds you to turn off at night, and a focus model that builds on occupation, social, and academic wellness while separating time for emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness are just a few of the features. There are numerous wellness apps that you can download and manage with digital wellness while still thriving at your profession and making time for your health, family, and spiritual connection. How you prioritize yourself, your well-being, and your health has a big impact on your maximum potential.
